外观
A.锌层表面连续并且有实用性、光滑。
B.镀件的安装结合不允许有流挂、滴流或熔渣存在。
C.镀件表面应无漏镀、漏铁等缺陷，但缺陷为下列情况是允许存在。
a.漏镀面积为直径0.5mm以下斑点。
b.不论镀件大小，漏镀面积在直径0.5mm-1mm的斑点，在每平方厘米内不多于3点，且在镀件的总斑点数不超过10点。
c.在非连接或非接角处，高度不超过1.5mm的流挂滴流或熔渣。
d.镀件或挂具及操作工具的接触有伤痕但不露铁。

B. No matter the size of the plating piece, the spots with the area of 0.5mm-1mm are not more than 3 points per square centimeter, and the total spots in the plating piece are not more than 10 points.
C. in the non connected or non connected corner, the height shall not be more than 1.5mm, and the trickle or slag shall be hung.
D. the contact of plating parts or hanging tools and operatio*ols i*arred but iron is not ex*ed.
