超细超微粉碎机,纳米蒸汽动能磨
蒸汽动能磨原理:
蒸汽动能磨是利用过热蒸汽经过同轴心喷嘴将颗粒加速、并进行碰撞粉碎,粉碎后的物料经过分级机分级,合格粉料进入后面的收集系统收集,不合格物料返回粉碎机继续被粉碎。整个系统蒸汽保持在过热状态,生产在全干法下进行。
超细超微粉碎机纳米蒸汽动能磨加工超微粉煤灰、固硫灰的优势
1.可以充分利用现有余热所产生的蒸汽或低温发电后的背压蒸汽作为动力,能够有效降低粉体加工成本;如现有蒸汽是未得到实际应用就排空,采用蒸汽动力磨后,粉体加工的成本将仅为气流磨加工成本的1/5-1/8;节能优势,在有条件的地方,用低级能源远比用*能源节能显著。
2.粉碎强度对比:常规气流磨设计线速度 400m/s~600m/s,而蒸汽动能磨的粉碎强度可达到 1000m/s。
