圆管抛光机的机组构成/The com*ition of the tube polishing machine：

抛光机组由上料架、抛光机、下料架等3部分组成。上料架负责将待抛光的管材放置好，然后向抛光机组送料。抛光机组主要是对管材进行外表面进行抛光，通过抛光轮和抛光蜡的结合，是管材表面达到镜面效果。下料架就是负责将抛光后的管材进行集中收集，然后打包。

方管抛光机工作原理/Square tube polishing machine working principle：

当管材进入抛光机组后，管材由抛光机上面的牌坊予以固定，水平牌坊固定管材的上下两个面，立牌固定管材的左右两个面。管材在抛光机组的前进移动由水平牌坊的胶轮提供，电机将动力提供给涡轮减速机，涡轮减速机通过万向轴将动力传给水平轴，然后带动管材前进。而抛光轮由电机驱动，也是按照上下、左右4个面的布局对管材进行抛光处理。
