压延挤出*模温机<*n>

压延机是塑料、橡胶制品生产过程中的基本设备，主要用于：纺织物的贴胶与擦胶；钢丝帘布贴胶；塑胶料的压片及压型；帘布贴隔离胶片和胶片的贴合等。<*n>

    压延机的主要部件为：辊筒，辊筒轴承，机架，传动系统，辊距调节与指标装置，辊筒绕度补偿装置，辊筒加热与冷却温度控制系统，电器控制系统及其附属装置。<*n>

       压延机在工作过程需要在一定的温度下进行。辊筒温度的变化及其均匀性对压延制品有很大的影响。压延过程不仅要设法维持工艺上所需要的辊筒温度，还要求辊筒整个工作面均匀一致。并且能够准确进行控制。<*n>

油加热器：用于钻孔辊筒（中空辊筒或者夹层辊筒）循环加热与冷却。<*n>

    优点：（<*n>1）低压高温。因为压力低，便于压延机及其管路的制造，使用和维修。<*n>

    （<*n>2）不必经常清洗压延机管道，可免去水处理设备。<*n>

    （<*n>3）辊筒温度均匀，加热与冷却反应灵敏，控制*。<*n>
