<*n style="text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体;">广州迪川仪器仪表有限公司推出一款新型的<*n lang="EN-US" style="text-indent: 2em;">DC-XSR<*n style="font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">冷热能计量记录仪<*n style="text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体;">在国外应用时间当量较长,是比较成熟的技术;而在国内改革开放后,*空调才发展了约二十余年,*空调冷量计量收费技术是新兴的技术领域,选用计费方法时既要考虑计量的准确性——合理公平,又要考虑****的经济性——能够广泛应用。国内广泛应用的“按面积”平均分摊的计费方式虽然简单方便、零成本,但无准确性而言,纯属一种简单的算术平均的分摊方法,不能满足用户对计费合理性的需求。在此形势下,国内的冷、热计量技术也受到了广泛的重视,业内暖通*提出了一系列的计量费用分摊方法并被应用到*空调计费系统中。至今,国内空调计费先后经历了用“电表计量”、“水表计量”、“热能表计量”等收费方式,但这些计量收费方法都存在着或多或少的缺陷,都未能*空调计量收费“合理性”的问题。针对国内*空调计费技术的现状,出现了可以公平、合理、科学的计量收费技术。这种计费技术从*空调使用的系统整体性考虑,综合考虑用户的使用行为、消费心里等,大量应用了现代微机技术、数据采集、数据传输、数据处理、自动控制等应用技术。并被命名为“*空调计费系统”。该系统一经推出,便受到了业界广泛的关注,至今已有了大量的推广和广泛的应用。在所应用的大部分项目中,大多采用能量型与时间当量型计费方法。针对不同情况推行不同的计量方法,通过大量的项目成功稳定运行,能量型与时间当量型计费方法成为物业管理*空调收费的依据。
