原理特点

 1、特大水箱减少来回*的麻烦,使设备增长了可连续工作时间。

 2、垂直振动，激振力大，压实*。

 3、钢轮上有自动压紧的聚氨脂自动清洗刮板,****泥土和沥青在钢轮上聚集,使压实更平滑。

 4、液压前进和后退行走,机械振动具有可靠的性能。

 5、可调节折叠式的操作把手给操作人员带来了*的操作环境,折叠后方便运输或收藏。

注意事项

1、作业前检查润滑油、燃油和水是否充足，检查各系统管路及接头部分有无裂纹和泄漏现象，各仪表是否正常，滚轮的刮泥板是否平整良好，各连接处螺栓有无松动，确认正常后，方可作业。    

2、压路机开动前，必须注意机械前后有无障碍和人员，方可开动。在压路机运行中，不得进行修理。   

3、在压路机正在前进，需改变方向向后退时，应待压路机停止后，再拉动换向器操纵杆，严禁利用换向离合作为压路机制动之用。    

4、在新开道路上碾压时，应从中间向两侧碾压，****后的碾压边应距路基边缘半米以上。修筑山区道路时，必须由里侧向外侧碾压，碾压第二行时需重叠半个滚轮的长度，距路基边缘1米以上。两台碾压时，间距至少保持3米以上。上下坡时，不得换档和滑行。   

5、压路机起振必须在压路机行走后进行，停振必须在压路机停机前进行。压路机在坚硬的路面行走时，严禁振动。压路机在急转弯时，不得用快速档。严禁在尚未起振的情况下调节振动频率。调整钢轮振幅时，必须关闭发动机。     

6、作业完毕，应将压路机停放在平坦坚实的场地，并将制动器制动。夜间在交通道旁停放时，机旁应悬挂信号灯。

7、冬季施工时，严寒地区停机过夜时，必须将滚轮用木板垫离地面。
