关于叫叶片的零件，一般不是主要部件，在进料端的部件进料口内有内螺旋可称其内螺旋叶片，在出料端的部件出料口内有内螺旋也可称其内螺旋叶片。

折叠操作规程1、开车前检查好机械和电器各部分，检查各连接螺栓是否松动;各润滑点润滑是否正常，传动装置是否正常可靠，****球磨机，防护装置完好，电器仪表是否灵敏，球磨机，电机碳刷接触良好。

2、盘车一周，球磨机去哪找，检查设备转动部分或周围有无障碍物，并消除。启动时周围不准站人。

3、检查无误后，按启动按钮启动电机，注意电流变化。磨球机连续起动不得超过两次，、一次与二次隔5分钟以上，如果第三次起动，必须同电工、钳工配合检查后，方可起动。不得与其它设备同起，要交错起动，以免跳闸。

4、磨球机正常运转后，要严格按给水、给矿、添加钢球的规定，禁止超负荷运转，空转时间不超过15分钟，以免打坏衬板。

筒体在回转的过程中，研磨体也有滑落现象，在滑落过程中给物料以研磨作用，为了有效的利用研磨作用，招标球磨机，对物料粒度较大的一般二十目磨细时候，把磨体筒体用隔仓板分隔为二段，即成为双仓，物料进入一仓时候被钢球击碎，物料进入二仓时候，钢段对物料进行研磨，磨细合格的物料从出料端空心轴排出，对进料颗粒小的物料进行磨细时候，如砂二号矿渣，粗粉煤灰，磨机筒体可不设隔板，成为一个单仓筒磨，研磨体也可以用钢段。
