NA系列自动铁线多头排焊机

 

龙门丝网焊专机简介:自动铁线多头排焊机解决了铁线制品工厂生产效率问题，一次可焊2-3米宽的网片。一天生产可达上万米。是网片生产厂家的****设备。

 

整机特性：

1、手动送料型：<*n> 人工将工件放入模内，启动焊机依次焊接一排，再手工推进到下一排自动焊接，直至焊接完成整个工件；

2、<*n> 半自动送料型: 人工摆好工件，自动步进送料，送料到位机器自动焊接一排，再自动拉进到下一排，自动焊接，直至焊接完成整个工件，工件再自动返回或从后方退出；

3、<*n> 自动双模送料型:  采用双层式或前后双模式自动焊接装置，利用****的PLC和人机界面控制及*的伺服电机驱动系统，组成自动连续的送料和焊接机构，有两套模具，一套在焊接，另一套在摆放工件，两模交替进行，机器可以不间断连续工作，有效的****了效率；

4、自动送料及自动焊接步进型: 装有自动下料装置，横线放进料斗，纵线自动按距离步进到位<*n> ，然后横线自动落料，自动焊接一排，依次循环，直至需要的整个网片焊完；

广泛应用于：各种场所护栏网、五金网类、货架、笼类、网架类、铁板加强筋等多点式焊接。
